In the last decade, Dr. Jiang has led multiple successful investments in the area of IoT, artificial intelligence, augmented reality and Automotive in Europe, US and China, as well as playing a key role in Bosch’s investment in IOTA. Within RBVC, Dr. Jiang leads the "automation and electrification" field’s technical investment, which includes sensors, semiconductors, MEMS, electronics robotics and Autonomous & Cognitive systems.

Dr. Hongquan Jiang has been working at Bosch since 1996. He has collected broad experiences in the automotive and electronic industries. His previous positions at Bosch include investment director at Bosch’s internal technology incubator, senior manager at corporate business development for healthcare, project leader for a variety of technology development projects and production ramp-ups in the business division automotive electronics and senior researcher in central research department. He has in-depth understanding of the AI technology and, has invested in famous AI chip company, Graphcore, in Silicon Valley.
Before joining Bosch, Dr. Jiang worked as a research scientist in the Fraunhofer institute for reliability and micro-integration in Berlin, Germany.
